Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier—ownership of the package transfers to the customer at the time of shipment.If an issue occurs during transit, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
INSURANCE OPTION
Customers may purchase additional shipping insurance for $10 to protect their package in the event it is lost or damaged in transit.
