By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping and delivery. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier—ownership of the package transfers to the customer at the time of shipment.If an issue occurs during transit, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

INSURANCE OPTION

Customers may purchase additional shipping insurance for $10 to protect their package in the event it is lost or damaged in transit.

To add insurance to your order, please send us a direct message on Instagram before completing your purchase. Insurance must be added prior to shipment.

SHIPPING POLICY
