We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item you received is defective. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately through our Contact Page with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Once we review the details, we will reach out to you via email with next steps. All claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Customers may exchange an item for store credit or for another product of equal value. If the replacement item is higher in value, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.
Since we do not have a storefront, all exchanges require shipping. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the item back or receiving a replacement. All exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
